As chefs and restaurateurs, we continually gather all the influences and inspirations we live with and are exposed too, subsequently turning these into the ever evolving and innovative menus Casellas prides itself on. Flexibility allows us to be creative and inspiration drives our innovation, never compromising on quality, the food we cook must be delicious and visually appealing first and foremost, because taste, texture and experience have always been our ultimate goal.

Welcome to Casellas Wine – Tapas – Grill, Bunbury and the South West regions latest modern dining experience and wine bar.

Established in February 2008, the brain child of Proprietor and General Manager Jason Casella, Casellas has quickly grown in its short 7 years to become one of WA's Premier Restaurants and Bunbury's most decorated & prestigious Restaurant and Wine Bar; the only WA restaurant outside of Perth be awarded Two National Awards by the Restaurant & Caterers Industry of Australia.

Our team of Chefs and Floor staff strive to create an atmosphere that will raise your standards of restaurants and offer you a total dining experience complemented by our modern contemporary dining room located on the tranquil shores of Koombana Bay.

We believe that eating in a fine restaurant is a journey and we invite our guests to indulge in the Casellas Experience.
